Dylan joined Sutton | Booker | P.C. as Senior Counsel in his 28th year of practice. He was previously a Senior Manager of the Colorado and Utah offices for the litigation division of one of the largest property/casualty insurance companies in the United States. Dylan supervised complex litigation involving the company or its policyholders in Colorado, Utah, Idaho, New Mexico, Montana, Washington, and Oregon. In that same role, Dylan analyzed and drafted coverage position letters needed in both personal and commercial lines. He provided legal advice, training, and counsel to claims personnel, serving the entire enterprise. As a staff attorney, Dylan defended more than 600 cases, tried more than 20 jury trials, performed EUOs, and advised fraudulent claim investigations.
Before his insurance company tenure, Dylan was shareholder of a private firm where he represented clients in a wide variety of civil, criminal, probate, domestic relations, administrative, real estate, land use, and appeals cases.
